Fees

Our  standard  damp or  timber survey  fees  including  pre-purchase, range

between £120-£200 depending  on  the  size of the property,  the  scope  of

survey,  parking   costs,  congestion  charge  and  postcode   etc.  The  area

Independent  Specialist Surveyor will confirm the fee prior to  inspection.  In

line with our environmental  policy a 10% reduction  can be  made on survey

fees over £160 for electronic only  reports.  Payment  will  be required  prior

to producing a report  and / or discussing  our findings  and with the  possible exception of pre-purchase inspections will be collected by the surveyor at the

time of his or her visit.
